Displeased with the former vice-president's recent media appearances, Republican lawmakers say he's hurting GOP efforts to reinvent itself after back-to-back electoral drubbings.

He lurches around the country drooling about small government, fiscal conservatism and how great war without end is and then slithers back into his hole much like bin Laden. There isn't a single Republican who watched his interview that didn't pop serious wood and heed his every word.
