The fiscal conservatives in the GOP have ended their first week of allowing Patriotic Freedom Fighters the chance to stick it to the government by voting on what spending item they want to see cut from the budget. And the winner is... Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Emergency Contingency Fund. Those danged welfare recipients. All they want to do is sit at home and collect checks from the government. This will teach 'em.
