We all know the Dow is up 85% since Obama took office in 2009. But did you know since 2010, 2.5 million jobs have been created? Probably not. And that's because the Republican-wired media doesn't want you to know the economy is getting better. It's not in any way what I would call full-fledged recovery. But it is in much better shape than when Obama inherited an economic crisis from George Bush.
It's quick and easy facts like today's job report that blow Republicans' minds. Their Fox News teevee sets don't tell them that the budget deficit is smaller now than in Jan. 2009. It doesn't tell them the Dow has almost doubled in 3 years. It doesn't tell them 2.5 million jobs have been added since President Obama enacted his stimulus plan. They never see such stuff. And when they do it blows their minds and causes them to flip out. Reality can do that sometimes. That's why it's always important to note when Republicans refuse to accept it and go off and create huge lies like this one just to keep others from learning the truth.
