Income Growth Is For the Wealthy

Want to see something scarier than thought of having George Bush with a third-term?

viola:

As David Ruccio notes in the original posting, 93% of the total growth in income in 2010 went to the top 1% of income tax payers.  The wealthiest Americans gobbled up nearly all the increase in income in 2010.

This is good news for Republicans because yesterday in the House they passed Paul Ryan's radical budget proposal that cuts taxes for the wealthy 1% by $3 trillion, you know the only people seeing their incomes go up.

Just like with wage earnings, the 99% of Americans who are not mega-rich again get the short end of the stick with Ryan's budget.  62% of budget cuts come from programs greatly relied upon by the mass public.  It's all about making the rich richer and the Middle Class non-existent.
