We've come full circle in Iowa since summer. GOP voters in that state have tested out every candidate in hopes of finding someone else but Mitt Romney to no avail. You know it's bad when Gingrich and Ron Paul got spend a week in the sun as possible front-runners. And now we're seeing a Santorum surge???
Alas, though, all signs are pointing to a Romney win tonight in what is probably the most pathetic excuse ever as a gauge of national importance. In other words, the Iowa caucus is pointless. It's garbage. I don't care who wins tonight. What we should do is look at the people who are actually going to show up and vote for these clowns and commit them to psychiatric care.
