About

The Fold Blog is a New Media Blog aimed at political, social and sports commentary.  The primary focus will be national politics with occasional satire mixed in as well.

The Fold began in the Summer of 2008-- or also popularly known as the Summer of Fun-- out of frustration with right wing conspiracy theories, distortions and outright lies.  Out of the existence of mere blogs, it became known that simple truths and basic sanity would force right wing nut jobs and so-called "conservatives" into what is now known as the Republican Fantasy World.  Since then, The Fold Blog has helped thousands better understand political commentary in the modern era.
