It seems their actual nominee gives them some jitters because of his less than right wing record. So it's Sarah Palin that's supposed to be energizing the base with her conservative credentials. pork requests for 2009. What do Bush conservatives want to spend our tax money on:
- $2 million to study crab mating habits
- $494,900 for the recreational halibut harvest
- $3.2 million for seal genetics research
She's conservative, no doubt about that. This is the same Big Government, Tax and Spend policies that's given us the largest deficit in history. McCain and Palin will continue the legacy. No wonder the base is so happy.
