I wonder if not supporting the president but still loving your country is going to be possible in January 2009. For 8 years we've been told how un-American such activity can be.
In 2006 I said Republicans would go back to their fake conservative stump speeches of fiscal responsibility just as soon as they were out of power. And of course they did. I wonder if being soundly rejected again in 2008 will force them into even further delusional talk of small government, fiscal conservatism. Just some thoughts.
