Just Not Good For the Country

For me the most enjoyable part of the election outcome was not necessarily Obama's win but Sarah Palin's loss. I know recently there's been talk about the future of the GOP and Palin's role as its face and voice. Personally I hope Palin is the heiress to Bush's Party. Nothing would tickle me more than to see Palin as the leader of "movement conservatism." It would spell complete doom for the Party if that happens. It was Sarah Palin's selection as VP that began McCain's downward spiral and if Fox News and the talking head, pill popping entertainers in the right wing anoint her as leader the GOP will most assuredly become a fractured, regional Party for people who long for the days of the reign of George W. Bush. Yes, a Party full of people who think the last 8 years have been glorious for our country. Brilliant!

On another note, why didn't Sarah Palin speak to the media during the campaign? Why now is she running all over country talking to the MSM? That alone should be enough for her not to be on TV ever again.
