After the president made his rounds of the Sunday talk shows, it was obvious he had no intention of paying respect to Fox News. And why should he? As The Fold has mentioned, last week alone the very fair and balanced Fox News falsely reported so many untruths that any respectable media outlet would have already shut down by now. Could any of us imagine if CNN or MSNBC organized protests against George Bush where people called him a socialist, a foreign-born enemy of the state, a fascist wanting to setup death panels? This is normal every day stuff for Fox.
At Fox, though, they donated entire segments to the fact that President Obama snubbed them. In their world, it was because Obama can't take criticism. Broadcasting to millions of people that Obama attended a madrassa, that he is a socialist anarchist equivalent to Che, that he wants to setup death panels to kill undesirables, that Obama is actually going to forbid you from having a yard sale, is not criticism. It's outright lies suitable only for tabloidism. There's no reason for the president to appear on Fox News and make his case to a fringe extremist group. It's a one-way street at Fox. It's not worth his time.
