A Republican House candidate in Missouri's 4th congressional district, Vicky Hartzler, claims she's running for office to get government out of people's lives.
My husband and I are small business owners. We sell farm equipment, we have three stores. I was a teacher for several years, was a state rep for six years, a wife and a mom. We just want the government to leave us alone here in Missouri’s 4th.Hartzler has received $774,325 in farm subsidies since 1995. I wish the government would leave her alone too and start bothering me a little bit. I could use the cash.
Republicans aren't against Big Government. They're only against government that isn't led by Republicans.
