Not Sure Our Discourse Can Go Any Lower

Newt Gingrich tells me there is no Supreme Court in the Constitution.  Is it really 2011?  Are we really in the 21st century? Has something happened and we've veered off into an alternative reality where mindless zombies are cohabiting with us?
