My Bad, Romney Does Have a Base

Steve Benen tells me I'm wrong about my post the other day saying Mitt Romney has a base problem.

As we've reported before, this is part of an interesting larger trend: Mitt Romney has one reliable constituency that makes up his true base: wealthy people.

I stand corrected.

Benen even makes a cute little chart illustrating Romney's base.

As we all know, a huge surge in wealthy voters gave Romney the win in Michigan and Ohio earlier this year.
