Bush Tax Cuts Still Largest Contributor to Budget Deficit

Republicans love to talk about fiscal responsibility, especially when they are out of power. While they are in power and have ample opportunity to prove to the world their fiscal astuteness they do things like create the largest budget deficit in history by legislating tax policies that cripple the budget for years.  In other words, today's budget deficits are not a result of this administration and instead come from George Bush policies.
