More Google Woes

So now apparently I have like 42 Google accounts. Why can't Google just let me sign in with one username and password and access everything? There are Google services I pay for and those like Gmail I use for free. So maybe have one username/password for each type. I'd be fine with that. For some reason Google wants me to log into each service with a new username/password. It's getting ridiculous.  Google used to be so clean and neat.  What happened????
