Gingrich Says He'll Arrest Judges Who Disagree With Him

One way to crack down on dissent under a Gingrich administration is to arrest the judges who issue the rulings.

SCHIEFFER: One of the things you say is that if you don’t like what a court has done, that Congress should subpoena the judge and bring him before Congress and hold a Congressional hearing… how would you enforce that? Would you send the Capitol Police down to arrest him?

GINGRICH: Sure. If you had to. Or you’d instruct the Justice Department to send a U.S. Marshal.

This latest threat comes on the heels of Gingrich saying as president he would "ignore" all Supreme Court rulings he disagrees with.

Arrest judges, ignore rulings from the highest court in the land, just another day in the make-believe Republican Fantasy World.

As a side note, you'll notice in the second link Gingrich takes his cues from the Bush administration when he says he'll just ignore the Supreme Court.  Wheee!!!
