Quickies

• Took the day off yesterday to tend to sick twin boys.  Even though the weather was crappy and the boys weren't feeling well, still had a pretty good day spending time with the wife and kids.

• Over the weekend Herman Cain decided to drop out of the race.  I don't care what terminology he uses to define his exit, he's out.  He can call it a suspension or a time out, or claim he was acting on advice from God like he does everything else. He's delusional and narcissistic.  Luckily for him The Fold Blog refuses to accept that he's quitting.  Oh no, he is the standard bearer of a very quacked out Republican Party.

• Yesterday Big Love Mitt Romney changed his mind on supporting an extension for the payroll tax cuts.  He'll probably change his mind again before the day is over so I don't know why I'm even spending time on it.

• It seems too that Big Love Romney was so worried about his records as Governor from going public that he spent $100,000 of tax payer money to replace all the computers in his office.  If the old computers were destroyed, which I don't know, I'm sure that's a felony.

• I get this feeling that Ron Paul really doesn't like Newt Gingrich.
