- I don't think today was the proper day to release this editorial in the Times: Bush White House Was Deaf to 9/11 Warnings. There will be plenty of time tomorrow to place blame. Let's leave today alone.
- The same applies to a very sad, weak and bitter old man. Just die Cheney. That's really the best thing that can happen for the whole world.
- Thankfully, both presidential campaigns suspended political ads today. Maybe there's still some decency left after all.
- 11 years later, Afghanistan is still a very real war.
