My defending World Series Champions St. Louis Cardinals are in the playoffs again and the Chicago Cubs are not. What else does a person need to prove the world is in perfect harmony?
Actually the Cubs lost 101 games this year. That's 40 games below .500 for those who are counting. The Boston Red Sox lost an embarrassing 93 games and they fired their manager after just one season. The difference being the Cubs really believe they can win it all next year so they won't be firing anyone.
