In his world full of billionaires with elevators for their cars, just borrow money from mom and dad for college, flee to live in a palace in France to avoid military combat, he's right. Those people don't die because they don't have insurance. For everyone else, for those of us who have never met a billionaire, whose parents have not a penny to give us for college, who don't even have a car to put on an elevator and could never imagine being so wealthy that you get to live in a French Palace all the while supporting the war you are too scared to fight in. For us, 45,000 of us died last year because we didn't have access to insurance.
