When I was in college I waited until the last minute to do any of my assigned tasks. I partied too much. Was mostly irresponsible. Didn't really have a care in the world. I did just enough to get by. The last four years, the American Congress has demonstrated to the world that college life isn't just for college students. It's the norm for how to govern the richest, most powerful country in the world.
