Other than the right wing hate-a-thon for Roe v. Wade, Sarah Palin cannot think of one single Supreme Court decision she disagrees with. A lot of people are going to hammer her for this, and they should, because the question might as well been posed, "can you name any other Supreme Court decision besides Roe v. Wade?" It's the same question and Palin was totally unaware of what Couric was even talking about. This is just scary.
Later on in the interview where Palin says that as VP she would be in charge of supporting the law of the land as it reads today totally contradicts everything she said prior to that, which wasn't much other than she didn't agree with Roe v. Wade. So she doesn't agree with it, would like to see more of a culture of life in this country, believes in a right to privacy and as VP would be in charge of supporting the law of the land as it reads currently (support Roe v. Wade). Republicans have to cringe when they see this video.
Also, just wanted to add that I once spoke to Katie Couric on the phone. It was shortly after 9/11 and she was calling a senator I worked for (Sen. Paul Simon) to setup an interview. She was a little rude on the phone. Not that that means anything. Just throwing it out there.
