The Bush Legacy

I hadn't realized this but President Bush has lost more war powers court cases than any president in history. And not just at the Supreme Court level either. He's lost more at the federal district level too. This has to be listed as a huge failure for any war time president. Bush has long touted himself as Commander in Chief, as a war time president leading us to victory. Yet the American court systems have resoundingly sided against the administration more times than any other war time president. I would have to say this is kind of alarming for an administration that has exceedingly viewed itself as above the law.
