These Freedom Fighting Agreements are contracts between Red States that say they will not enforce Obama's laws and will make such enforcement of his evil socialism a crime.

"Make any violation by anyone of those rights a criminal offense, pair up with a state that thinks like you on the same topics, make sure they criminalize any violation of those rights, and reach a compact. Lodge it with Congress. And then bring on the fight when the IRS comes in and tries to penalize people for not following the individual mandate."This sounds like a great plan. Can we do it with No Child Left Behind? The Patriot Act? How about Bush's orders to send our sons and daughters to fight endless Glorious War? No wait, how about for Bush's completely unfunded huge expansion to Medicare that adds nearly a trillion dollars to the deficit? Can we apply this excellent Patriotic concept to any of those? Of course not. Those were enacted by Great Republicans and therefore are next to cleanliness in the hierarchy of Godliness. Something like this only applies to Democratic administrations.
It seems to me all of this state's rights, federalism, Big Government, supremacy clause stuff could easily be solved if we would just allow Republicans back in charge. I don't recall hearing anything about the 10th amendment, state's rights, nullification, or interstate contracts when Bush & Co. were in charge.
Seems like the easiest way to fix it all is for Democrats to resign from power immediately and just let Republicans have full authority over everything.
At least then would we could get past this silly episode and focus on more important things like two ongoing endless wars, a huge budget deficit, an exploding federal debt, an economy in crisis and outrageous gas prices...Hold up... those problems were created by Bush & Co. Oh well. No more tentherism at least. Viva Bush!
