Pork Report is In and Republicans Top the Charts Again

The 2010 Citizen's Against Government Waste Pig Book is out and it's full of wonderful tidbits of perfectly sane fiscal conservatism.

Four of the top five pork states are states that voted for John McCain in 2008 including Sarah Palin's very own Alaska.  In other words, these are the states where the voters despise pork spending remember. Six of the top ten are red states also.

Since Democrats took over Congress in 2007, pork spending has dropped dramatically.  It rose every year Republicans had complete control over government.

This year was the lowest total number of pork projects in almost a decade.  But remember Democrats are evil liberal spenders.  If you leave out the actual real data that's a true statement.
