Rich People Get Government Welfare Too

To be sure, when Mitt Romney says he favors drug testing welfare recipients, he doesn't mean the rich yuppie coke heads who have gotten trillions in welfare over the last three years, not including their annuity of huge tax breaks and tax payer financed subsidies so they can continue being rich.  Oh no, Romney is only referring to drug testing poor people.  Rich people on welfare are of no concern to him.
